Public Service: Update on the PSHCP transition to Canada Life

The Public Service Health Care Plan (PSHCP) transition from Sun Life to Canada Life will take place on July 1st, 2023. Public Service Members should have received information from their employer on the requirement for positive enrolment prior to June 30th, 2023. Claims submitted after June 30th, will not be processed until positive enrolment is complete.
To avoid delays in the payment of claims and out-of-pocket expenses, complete your positive enrolment prior to June 30th. You can complete the required forms online at: https://www.welcome.canadalife.com/pshcp.
